Where can I find a cheap summer camp by a lake in California?

My friend and I want to find a summer camp by a lake,and we really don't want it to be too expensive,and find one in California is hard,care to help us?
A camp that is by a lake,and electricity?Plus NOT expensive,or at least not $1000 per week!
