Where can I find a cgi script that will send my html form to my email?

I do not want the user to have to use their email account to send the information. I want to make a custom form. I want the form info to be sent to my email account. My webhost (1and1.com) does support cgi. They even have a form creator but it doesn't let you choose what fields you want on your form.
