Where can I find a bike seat replacement that includes the bar attaching to the bike?

The other day, while I was at work, some punk decided that since he couldn't steal my entire bike, he stole the seat and bar. No matter where I look, I can't find a replacement seat that includes the bar connecting to the bike itself. I can still ride it, but not as well. I've lost my sense of balance without the seat and it's driving me nuts! Please help me!
