Where can I find a band adjustment tool for a circa ~1962 GM Hydramatic transmission?

This is the non-electronic 4-spd 2 band trans that was used by RR/Bentley from the mid 1950s to 1967. It was also used in the US in Buicks/Olds and I think Cadillacs until around 1963.
