Where can i download the Samsung Star app "Beer Glass"?

There is this app called Beer Glass for Samsung Star wich gives the illusion that there is beer in a glass (on your screen) and when you tilt the phone the beer slips out as if it was a real glass. I can not find a good website that can download this app for free on my laptop so i can send it from my desktop to my phone...please help thanks
