where can i download southpark, family guy, American etc.?

hey, where can i download southpark, family guy, American etc.?
i would like a method similar to this one: downloaded download manager on app store, went to chronictv.org and download those shows.
i would use that method but some of you might know chronictv isnt working ATM, so is there a differant site?
i remember one simular which was like mobiletheatre.info. i cant remember it.
or if there is any other methods thats cool too.
