Where can i download/print a free manual for a FORD TRANSIT,2.5 1998 manual diesel?

Any ideas?? I have been trying various sites but all end up wanting card details!! I have a FORD TRANSIT 'R' reg 2500 engine, diesel and manual. and i need help with maintanence and engine upkeep
