it was the same for me. so i use the internet. example: selena gomez who says mediafire and look for the one that say mediafire. if nothing is capitalized it don't work that much. another one is mp3kull.com. it goes into itunes. if it says where to save just change the name and go to itunes and add file to libary go to recent places and click downloads and it should be there
