Where can I download Bluetooth?

I want to try to get pictures or files out of my phone using the bluethooth system, I know how but I dont know where I can get the program. If you know what Im talking about, please help me...

Your computer has to have bluetooth first to be able to use bluetooth. Go get a USB bluetooth dongle and then you can use bluetooth.
