Where can I download a free DVD decoder for Windows Media Player?

I'm trying to watch the DVD "Fighting" on my computer I put it in and this pops up on my Windows Media Player...

Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.

...so I went to Web Help and it says...

you might need to install a compatible DVD decoder (also known as a MPEG-2 decoder)

Where can I find a DVD decoder that is FREE?
