I found a killer deal on a Honda CR250, almost too good to be true, is there a site I can research title/VIN information for a bike before I purchase it?
Things may be different in your state, but in Tx dirt bikes are not titled.... as such. They do of course have serial #'s and those #'s are sent to the tax office and shown as a non pavement vehicle, and to show the taxes have been paid. You can I suppose obtain the serial # and consult the state police office and simply ask them to 'run' the serial # to determine whether or not it has been reported stolen...
