Where can I chat with cool Filipinos my age?

I'm going to the Philippines in January. I'm a Filipina-American in her early twenties and I want to have a fun time, but I have no friends there. It will be hard to meet people and trust them enough to go out with them.

I am looking for a forum where I can get to know people my age living in the P.I. Maybe then we could hang out when I go there. (I will be safe about it, I promise)
