where can i buy the paper that people use to print name meanings?

when you purchase a name meaning plaque, or wall hanging it is printed on thick card stock like paper, that is decorative. i am not able to locate a place to buy this paper, i do not want to order a name meaning plaque, i have the software for that, i just need to know where to get the special paper to print them on.
