I am sick of buying refurbished phones that dont last long. I want to buy a brand new Palm Pre 2 that comes with a warranty. I could buy it from Verizon but then it would cost me over $600 because I dont want their service. I have a prepaid plan that I am in love with; PagePlus. They dont sell this phone at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or RadioShack. I looked on Amazon *even though it wouldnt come with a warranty and wouldnt necessarily be new) and they didnt even have any Pre 2, just the Palm Pre Plus. I was advised by a Verizon Rep to buy it straight from the Palm website. Apparently Palm has been bought over by HP and when I called them I was given a dozen 800 numbers that lead me no where, just a big run around and waste of time. I would like to know some reliable websites or stores that could give me a new phone, not refurbished, and a warrant would be nice.
