I'm looking for an early edition of this book, preferably first, but 2nd edition would be fine too. I've searched through Amazon and 10 sites like it with no luck whatsoever. I can't even seem to find a book store that will search around and find the book for you. Price isn't really the issue, I just can't seem to find ANYWHERE carrying such an early edition. Granted, it's over 100 years old, but I can't even get a lead. Ideas?
