Where can i buy modded cars?

Where is a place i can buy modded cars? like rims are done body kits radios just stuff is already done to the car?
theres not really many of them on regular websites like cars.com etcetc
idk i find these cars reeeallly nice! and i definitely want to buy one,
but not the OLD OLD OLD ones like 2000's and up.
