I live outside of the EU, and I am eligible for VAT tax refund. So I want to buy an iPad, iPhone and get a tax refund.
As far as I know oficial Apple Stores do not provide such a service (they are not in participating in export scheme), thus I need to find some stores which can sell ipads and iphones and provide me with tax refund form, so that I can export them and get tax refunded in airport.
So the question is - where are such stores in London?
