Where can I buy gas for a camping stove in Colombia?

They only seem to have the one "clic" type of gas, for camping stoves. My stove is a screw on. Ive been able to find gas everywhere else in South America pretty easily, but I cant here. Im currently in Medellin and am heading North if anyone knows where I can buy it.
