Where can I buy fairly made bicycle inner tubes?

I am looking for a fairly made bicycle inner tube for my mountain bike (tube size 26x1.95, schrader valve). Everything seems to be made in China, Taiwan, or other sweatshop countries. Anyone know of any company that produces bike inner tubes in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, or the UK? Also interested in other bike parts made fairly!!!
 
I just don't know.

Was going to answer you to buy Continental as I thought they were German. Their tires are German, at least the ones on my bike say "Made in Germany", but I have a couple of new tubes in boxes here and looked at the printing ..... "Made in Taiwan. Go figure!
