where can i buy cell phone paint? [not online]?

i have a cell fone cover that is all red and i want to put zebra stripes on it
i already drew them on with a black sharpie but i can already tell its going to wear off eventualy
so i want something more permanent
would they sell it at walmart? or radio shack or sumthing??
i just dont want to buy it online
