ever since i saw it on survivorman ive been wanting to try it, but i dont know where to look for it, i live in rochester ny, so if anybody can tell me where to find it ... well i'd look
I live in orlando fl so I can't say specifically in rochester...but if you have any asian markets or health food stores nearby (try asian markets first) you're almost certain to find young coconut.
Check yellow pages and call a few close by and I'm sure you will find young coconuts.
Also you local grocery could get you some if you asked.
If you still can't find any, you can order them online by bulk if you'll consume quickly. They can last 75 days in your fridge.
