I recently bought a new bike for £150 but had the front wheel and seat stolen. The front wheel was quick release and had a black rim and disc brake. But to replace these parts is going to cost a bomb... almost to the extent where It would work out better to buy a new bike!
I've looked on ebay and halfords e.t.c. but the cheapest combination for a black rimmed wheel (tyre and inner tube too), disc brake, seatpost and seat is about £60.
