Where can I buy a urban bicycle?

Hi, I'm looking for a place that sells urban bicycles for under 200 dollars or near there. I've already tried Urban Outfitters and 400 is a little too pricey. Tried E-bay, but couldn't find any results. Anybody know some other site/store? Please and thank you!
 
Performance Bikes. Brick and mortar or on line.

Then you can search for local bike shops in your area. Most have urban bikes. You should be able to find an acceptable bike for $200-ish. Less than $400. Expand your search to Hybrids also, should be close to what you are looking for and I have seen several for $300.
