Where can I buy a small, outdoor dumpster? Or other trash receptacle?

We are having problems with raccoons getting into our trash, and I wanted to buy one of those small dumpsters with the lids on them--so we can lift the lid and toss it right over the porch... Does anyone know what these are called or where I can buy one?
