I am just browsing my options, I don't really plan on buying yet - I am still in college living with my parents.
But I am just curious, where do you normally find old abandoned industrial buildings? Specifically ones that have been re-zoned for residential. I don't mind what condition its in. In fact fixer upper is preferred. If there is anything I am looking for "specifically", its brick walls, and a pre-installed bathroom. I mean seriously other then that nothing else matters, lead paint, toxic insulation, or rotting floors - don't care.
Something like this, its EXACTLY what I am looking for.
