Where can i buy a new or refurbished HTC touch pro 2 or Motorola cliq for under $350?

check ebay. They sell new locked or unlocked models on there for usually cheaper. Just make sure it says "brand new in box"..and not "refurbished"....go with a htc touch pro 2...i actually have one in the mail right now that should be here tomorrow! i
 
I would like to purchase an HTC touch pro 2 or a motorola cliq for under $350. I currently have tmobile and cannot sign a new contract or uprgrade.
