If you mean the alarm fob, then you need to find out the brand name and you can probably order it online and set it up yourself. If not you need to get a whole new alarm system. Unless it came with the car stock, you have to go to the dealer. And only the owner of the car can request a replacement.

It would help if you could be more specific about the electric key part.
