Where can I buy a hookah that's not too expensive?

Do you have to be a certain age to buy a hookah?
I'm 16 and possibly stores in San Francisco
 
at 16 you can legally buy and own a hookah a hookah parts,
but you have to be 18 to actually smoke it.
i'm 16 and i have a hookah and i smoke it all the time.
idk where you can buy one, but there's a lot of places.
smoke shops usually have them, glass ware stores, or even a lot of mini marts have them.

when you buy shisha, the best brand is Fantasia.
good flavors are orange, apple, and melon.
