where can I buy a frame for a 2001 honda passport?

Recently my 2001 Honda Passport control arm fell off. After further inspection it looked to be that the whole frame was rusting out. I found a mechanic who wanted 2500 for it. Then a friend told me to find the frame and he knows someone that can do it. So where can I buy the frame? I live in Easton, PA
