Where can I buy a cheap, used Harley Davidson?

My Father has always wanted a Harley Davidson, but could never afford it. I can't afford one either. Do you know where you could find a used one cheap? He wants one below $5,000 and it can't be a Sportster. Is this even a possible feat to accomplish? Please help.
