Where Can I Buy a Cheap Bike?

I need a really cheap bike. I'm not going to ride it or anything I just need to take parts from it. It's needs to be small and between 10-25 dollars. Toys R' Us perhaps?

It is hard to find something for that cheap, but yard sales are good and the curbs in front of peoples houses as well. Check at toy-r-us or any department store really.

You can always try "op shops" like the RSPCA, Lifeline, St Vinnies et cetera. If you want some decent parts, you'll need more money.
