Where can I buy a chat room?

I had considered buying an IRC chat but I'm thinking a real time web based chat would be better. Anyone know where I can buy one? A service that will provide me with a domain and integrated chat that I can admin?
Thanks Valerie that looks close to what I want. I'll try it out. I'm picky though I don't want ads or anything I'd rather pay for it. I intend to have quite a few chatters 24/7
