where can i buy a camcorder battery from a storefront business in los angeles?

I have a Panasonic PV-GS150 and need a battery FOR A SHOOT TOMORROW! I have been to Radio Shack, Wal-mart, Staples, Best Buy (2 different locations), Sears, CVS and Walgreens, and am at a loss. You can't tell me in this town that there are no instances where someone needs a video camera battery STAT! C'mon. I can't get anywhere with the phonebook and online only gives me online places which are not going to get it to me in time. I need to physically go buy it today. Where do I go? I am not able to spend more that $50 on a 2 hour battery. I have drastically underbid on this video so I could woo the business for more work. I cannot afford to spend a lot because I am not getting paid a lot. I don't want to break even here. I need to pay rent and bills with the money I make from this project. Originally I had all I need but they requested a longer film time and I NEED another battery to be able to do it! I had no idea it would be this hard. In podunk Florida it was easy to find. Why is it so hard here? Doesn't make any sense.
