Where can I buy a Boost Mobile SIM card?

I just bought two Boost Mobile cell phones on Ebay and they came with SIM cards but the BM website won't let me activate service for the cell phones through the SIM cards that came with the cell phones. Any idea where I might buy a SIM card?
