Where at Madison Square Garden do I find the Chevy spotters?

For the Chevy Green Team Jonas poster contest, it says that the Chevy Spotters will be in the parking lot of the venues, but for Madison Square Garden, there IS no parking lot. Where are the spotters going to be?

And if you don't already know about this contest, please don't ask about it.
