I am having problems with my lights dimming and when I put my windows up, step on brakes, turn heater on. Also I tested my battery and alternator and with my multi meter everything seems ok. Another problem I do have is when it's cold 40degrees or colder mostly in winter time only on the first time I start it for the day it won't start like it's not getting spark and some times it takes 10 times to get it started or I might even kill the battery trying to start it. I CAME TO CONCLUSION to check my ground wires under the HOOD of the car or any other SUGGESTIONS would be help full. Can someone tell me were some ground wire are on my car. 96 Buick regal 3.8 not supercharged mostly power everything. Thanks for all your help
