where are the FW for M65

hi every one. am new to this. i have an Siemens M65. It switches itself off every now and then. i hear i need to update my firmware. problem is i dont know where to get one. bin looking around, but i cant get any. what are pacthes? how do u use them? i donwloaded a file (i think its a system file) wtih .vkp file xtension. how do i use this file. i have a usb cable. i also have mobile phone manager and it connects to my m65 well. can some one help expain to me where to get and how use firmware updates?
what are patches and how to use them? thanks

The file with .vkp extension,usualy is the patch file (using V-Klay software). How to swich off your phone, after starting or lather???
For flashing your phone use free software like: X65 flasher or V-Klay. To flash you need to know SKey and BKey (using java midlet), or to make flashing with testpoint...
