Where are some good spots to view wildlife in the Smoky Moutains National Park?

Hi,
Im going to go to the Smoky Moutains National Park the second week in September. Where are some good spots to see wildlife in the park? What are some "must see" spots in and around the park?

The place was huge and it was all so beautiful to me. The drive was very slow and crowded due to the fall colors. There are little rivers and creeks through the whole drive and the views are soooooo beautiful. Right after you will go into Gatlinberg area and that is a great little town to stop at.
