Where and how do I replace a "Fresh Air Inlet" hose/tube for a 1991 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L?

Oil from my engine leaks into the air filter because this hose is broken. At first I looked for a PCV for my Jeep but the 4.0L doesn't have that system. I can't seem to find the part I need though. Nor do I know how to install or remove one if I were to find it at a junkyard or something.
