...recovering from flu? ive got a 6pm weightloss exercise class tonight... bodyattack! my dinner is usualy at 6pm. so on these days when i have the class, should i eat an hour or so before, or wait till the class has finished.... ive heard eating after exercise is good, but that will mean eating at 7.30 ( and apperently eating late in the day is bad)
also i had flu last week, brilliantly i lost half a stone, but im still recovering with a cough, and a bit wheezy. and have to rest if i do too much. im so desperate to start this bodyattack class, i had to miss last week and was gutted. so dont really want to miss this one. do you rekon ill be fine to give it my all?
