it on the Bottom Line. HELP.? Whenever I try putting it On I keep blinking and It Hurts. I DO know how to Put it on but it hurts. I really want to wear it On the first Day of Grade 7. Trust me, I do know how. I watched Turtorials on Youtube. I Need Help Fast. Btw Its Not Liquid Or Pencil. Its The Eyeliner that you Have to Twist it from the bottom for it to come Up.
