Whenever I try to log into Mercury Messenger for my mac, it crashes? All weekend it

has been doing this. I get? I get the error message that Im signed in at another location or whatever, BUT im not..not to my knowledge anyhow.
U tried other MSN like apps, such as Adium and msn for mac and they give the same message and crash.
Help....TIA
