I went up to him in computer class and tapped him on the shoulder, asked him out, and he turned back around and ignored me. I know he doesn't have a girlfriend. He's a grade higher than me, and he's like the eighth grade moron and nobody there likes him, so why won't he say yes to me?
Whenever I try to ask out this guy, he won't say anything back, what do I do?
