Pressure, they out weight your guidance? When you are trying your very best, teaching them right from wrong, how valuable it is to have proper character, respect, and self worth and discipline.
It seems all of your teaching is tossed to the side once the child is around the wrong peers and peer pressure. The children at school.. there are more there instilling and persuading wrong than the 2 parents at home trying to instill right.
It seems that the songs on the radio aren't helping at all. Seems tell the children that it is "cool" to be the one that has a criminal background, no education, and no regard for the law or of fellow citizens.
When there are so many things persuading our children to do the wrong things;... how do you really make it stick that doing the right thing is what is right? How do you teach them to not choose the not so cool route?
