When you wash under the hood of 03 dodge 1500 what will cause it not to start?

I washed my 03 dodge 1500 at the car wash. I washed under the hood. It started up fine, but as I was going home it started missing. I let it set allnight to dry out. The next day it would not start. What could be the problem?
