I built a mount on my motorcycle for my G1, so I can use the navigation app when I travel. I heard the G2 is coming and will no doubt have Android 2.2. This allows Wi-Fi mobile hot spots. If it all works out I will be able to continue using my G1 on my bike using Wi-Fi from the G2 for internet access. But if I can’t keep my old G1 I will have to mod another bracket for the new G2.
When you upgrade to a new phone do you have to give up your old one? (T-Mobile)?
