When you see a dog owner actually picking up the mess after a dog does their business, do you ever get the urge to go over and thank that owner for being responsible? I'm just curious. I live in an apartment complex where most owners don't do anything after the dog finishes and it's very rare when one does. I've had the urge but I don't want to look crazy.

Also where I live the neighboring apartments (under a different name but owned by the same people) even have things set up around the apartments that have bags for picking it up and a trashcan to dispose of the mess.
