When you make a replica painting do you sign it?

Okay so I have made a couple replicas of some painting in order to practice the artists techniques. However I never signed them nor attempted to replicate the artists signature and now i'm thinking of signing them but would it be appropriate. Would it be like plagiarizing or is it okay. What do you guys think.

nope its fine however you must make the back clear that it is a copy work or it could be fraud

copying other artist work is a well practiced learning method
