I bought an iPod touch 3rd gen, I upgraded to firmware 4.0.2, and there aren't any jailbreaks for that version yet. I was thinking about restoring it to factory, which was a firmware version in the 3's, then jailbreaking it. My question is, I really like OS4, and I know that jailbreaking will give me access to apps that can multitask, so does the OS even matter after it is jailbroken? Also what would happen if I try to update to OS4 after jailbreaking? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
