When you go to court do you?

When you go to court for a DWI. Do you need money when you get there for the fine. Or does the judge give you sometime to get the money?

If you plan on entering a guilty plea, then have you checkbook ready. If the court does not want to take your check, they will give you time to go get cash. If you are not going to be able to pay the entire fine, many courts will allow you to set up a payment plan. Please note, most courts do not give you a lot of time, sometimes as little as 60 to 90 days to pay off the whole thing.
